If you're serious about right-clicking, you'll need to get a mouse with more than one mouse button. This works on any Mac! But holding down the ctrl key gets old, especially when you're an old-hand at right-clicking.
By default, Mouse Keys may be turned on in the Universal Access panel of System Preferences: Chose Apple menu > System Preferences, and click.
